These terms apply to your use of mcinnestech.com and any purchase you make from McInnes Tech, which is operated by LOOT FRUIT LLC in Flagstaff, Arizona ("we", "us", "McInnes Tech"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we charge your payment method and send an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an order, for example because an item is out of stock or mispriced, we may cancel it and refund any amount charged.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We work to keep listings and stock accurate, but errors can happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and refund you.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. By paying, you authorize the charge for the order total, including any shipping and tax shown at checkout.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy and returns are covered in our Returns Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Product descriptions
We describe products as accurately as we can, including condition for refurbished or used items. Photos and descriptions are provided in good faith and may not capture every detail.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access.
Intellectual property
The McInnes Tech name, logo, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its update date, is the current one.
