Shipping Policy

Orders ship from Flagstaff, Arizona. Here is what to expect.
Processing time
Most orders are packed and shipped within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Rates and carriers
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items and your address. We ship with established carriers such as USPS and UPS. Tracking is included and emailed to you once the label is created.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and want something, email us and we will see what is possible.
Delays
Once a package is with the carrier, delivery time is in their hands. Weather and carrier backlogs can cause delays we cannot control. If a package looks stuck, contact us and we will help track it down.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email killian@mcinnestech.com within seven days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
