If something is not right, I want to fix it. Here is how returns work.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in the condition you received them, with any included packaging.
Condition
Items can be returned if they are unused and in their original condition, with any included packaging. If an item arrives defective or not as described, we cover it, see below.
Defective, damaged, or wrong items
If you receive something defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email us within seven days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email killian@mcinnestech.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping is refundable only when the return is due to our error.
